Orders, payments, delivery and returns are all handled by our retail partner, so the fastest help for anything with an order number is the Your Orders section of the account you used at checkout. The retailer's support team can see your order; we cannot.
Spotted a wrong picture, a dead link or a price that looks off? Write to [email protected] — a short note with the product name and a link to the page is enough, and we will look into it. Questions that come with an order number still belong with the retailer; we have no access to order records.
